At Negilu, every product is handcrafted with care, using natural and locally sourced ingredients.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and while we maintain strict quality control, we understand that concerns may occasionally arise. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. General Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The product was lost in transit or never delivered.
To be eligible, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with the following details:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Unboxing video (if available, for damaged items)
Our support team will review the case and guide you through the replacement or refund process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales
- Products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or exposure after delivery
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of customer details.
- Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Process
If you opt for a replacement:
- The replacement will be dispatched once the issue is verified and approved.
- In case the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or receive a refund.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- To request cancellation, please contact us immediately via email.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it from the courier.
Instead, note your concern on the delivery slip (if possible) and contact us immediately. This helps us coordinate quickly with the logistics partner.
8. Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity
All Negilu products are made from natural, plant-based ingredients, but individual skin or hair responses may vary.
We recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Negilu is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities arising from ingredient allergies or misuse.
