At Negilu, we work hard to handcraft, pack, and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order — and we’re happy to help when possible.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  
  
• To cancel, please email us immediately at customercare@negilu.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  
  
• If your order is still in the processing stage, we’ll confirm the cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  
  

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once your order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
  
  
• In such cases, the package will be treated as a normal order and cannot be returned unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per our Refund & Return Policy.
  
  

3. Prepaid Orders

• Prepaid order refunds (for valid cancellations) will be credited to the same payment source within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
  
  
• Negilu is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway or bank processing times.
  
  

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
  
  
• Please notify our support team promptly so the shipment can be stopped before dispatch.
  
  

5. Order Modification

• Address or item modifications can be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.
  
  
• Once the package is shipped, no changes can be made to order details.
  
  

6. Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

• Payment is not received or confirmed within the allotted time.
  
  
• The item is unavailable or out of stock.
  
  
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.
  
  

If this occurs, any deducted payment will be refunded in full.
