Thank you for choosing Negilu. We take pride in ensuring that your handmade and natural products reach you in perfect condition and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

     

  • As our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight delays may occur during peak demand or festive seasons.

     

  • You will receive an email or message confirmation once your order is shipped, along with the tracking details.

     

2. Shipping Coverage

  • Negilu currently ships orders across India.

     

  • We are working to expand international shipping soon.

     

  • Delivery is handled through trusted and verified courier partners to ensure safety and reliability.

     

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

     

  • Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch

     

  • Remote or Rural Locations: 7–10 business days after dispatch

     

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, natural disruptions, or local restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.

     

  • A nominal delivery charge may apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold.

     

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.

     

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.

     

  • You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website or tracking portal.

     

  • If your tracking number is not active immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for it to update in the courier’s system.

     

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, Negilu shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges

     

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

     

  • Delivery refusals, failed attempts, or unclaimed packages

     

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Our support team will verify and initiate a replacement or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

     

8. Change of Shipping Address

If you wish to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [insert official email].
Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified.

9. Non-Delivery
